Dreamcatcher Wall Hanging

Dreamcatcher Wall Hanging

Earlier this year, I made several dreamcatchers (you can see the DIY post HERE) but never got around to hanging and displaying them in my house. The Native American symbol comes with a legend behind it. The dreamcatcher is supposed to be hung above your bed in order to catch the bad dreams in the web while letting the good dreams through the hole in the middle. As the sun’s rays hit the dreamcatcher in the morning, all of the bad dreams will evaporate.

Since I already had a wall hanging above my bed and had made three different dreamcatchers, I decided to do a display using all of them. I’m pretty happy with the look of it, but I do have to say one thing. I am not one to have bad dreams very often and the first night I slept under the dreamcatchers, I had a terrible dream. Oh, well, at least it looks pretty.
